About Our Journey
Our Journey Counselling and Wellness aims to inspire hope and contribute to the well-being of individuals by providing high quality and affordable mental health services. Cocoachnutty (Nutti), born out of their desire to advocate for mental well-being. Nutti serves as a reminder that everyone has a silly side and it's okay to make mistakes. It also reminds us that there's no shame in seeking help. In fact, it's courageous to do so!
